I’ve said it 100 times: Cookies ‘n Cream flavored anything has been my favorite ice-cream/dessert flavor since the age of being born. The only thing I love MORE than Oreos are Oreos inside of other sweets. These cookies do not need more of an introduction than to say that they are:
Cookies ‘n Cream Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/ 4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
12 Oreos, crushed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat well until thoroughly mixed.
In a separate bowl stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix well. Gently fold in the Oreos. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
