Recipe || Oreo Brownies

You don’t have to have been a reader of Rhyme & Ribbons for long to know that I adore Oreos. (Especially in milkshakes and/or ice cream). But how about in brownies? Yep. They are good, real good. And they don’t dry the brownies out, the way I feared that they would! This is a quick and easy brownie recipe for a baking novice.

The best thing about these brownies was how moist they were.

Pour the mix into a bowl and beat in the eggs and vanilla. Whisk in the flour and sugar. Lastly fold in 3/4 of the crushed Oreos. Pour the batter into a pre-greased 9×13 baking dish. Press the remaining Oreos into the top of your batter.

Bake for 40-45 minutes.
